We have seen a rapid transformation in brick-and-mortar retailing and we started thinking and analyzing. The motion that we have put forward is not only to provide a place where people can get the best coffee possible, but also to offer a range of coffee-related goods, gear, and products driven by a similar mindset in a unique space showcasing what we think is best in the world of speciality coffee. So we decided to go with the precepts of our times. The name says it – ZEITGEIST.
Specialty coffee clearly is the star on the ground floor, featuring live roasting, cold brew, nitro, a variety of beans and origins, four pour-over stations, and a bunch of dedicated Baristas, brewing a better cup of coffee each and every time. On the first floor, KAFFEIN Zeitgeist reveals a fusion of organic food, wine, and slow coffee all connected in an open concept store area, staging all sorts of finely tuned sensory stimulations. The cozy and inimitable atmosphere is exactly what we had in mind when we decided to take the challenge of transformation.
